Reiki is a healing modality that anyone can learn. Level one focuses on self healing and opens a door to energy medicine. Level one to me is the most powerful and has the most impact because of the personal connection you make. There is so much more to our being than just what we see. It is here where the journey begins. Universal Life Force Energy (chi) is felt in your hands and you begin to transform the mind, body and spirit.
We begin with the origins of reiki and the profound principles that reiki is based. The energetic body (chakra system) is studied and you learn how reiki can shift the energy in each chakra. Reiki meditations are introduced to call in your healing guides and teachers and prepare you for your first attunement. Self hand placements are taught along with basic reiki anatomy.
The five element theory is introduced along with the Chinese meridian clock. See the mutual relationship between meridians, chakras and chi (energy).
This workshop includes a manual and certification of attunement and completion. This workshop is designed to go beyond the basic reiki skills. Each participant will receive a comprehensive understanding of how to use the techniques for self healing. One must 'feel' the energy.
